Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges on any attraction, event or show tickets with the exception of tickets to Walt Disney World^® Parks. Tickets must be unused and not expired within 90 days of purchase. There are no refunds for partially used tickets. Ticket changes or modifications made through Walt Disney World directly (either through the MyDisneyExperience Application or in person by a Walt Disney World Team Member) will negate the ability to take any further action on the tickets. Once an external modification is completed through Disney, further questions or concerns regarding the order must be facilitated through Disney directly. AAA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. AAA is a resale agent for attraction tickets only and is not responsible for any part of the guest experience within the parks.
