Q: Do you provide service in my area?
We provide service throughout most of central Florida. Check our service area list to see if we operate in your area.
Q: When can I get service?
We can usually replace your windshield by the next business day. Appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Q: Do you have a mobile service?
Yes. We offer a convenient mobile service throughout most of central Florida. Our technicians can perform repairs or replacements at your home, office or hotel or a similar site where it’s safe to do the work.
Q: Do you have a repair facility?

Q: Does my insurance cover windshield repairs?
If you’re a resident of Florida and you have comprehensive insurance, repairs and replacements are 100% covered with no deductible.
Q: I only carry liability coverage. Will my insurance still cover a glass repair or replacement?
No. Liability insurance covers damage to other vehicles, not your own. However, AAA Auto Glass has a variety of convenient payment options including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We’ll also match any price on identical products or services. See our Price Match Guarantee for details.
Q: Will a glass repair be considered a claim on my policy?
Usually, auto glass repairs are handled differently than claims and do not affect your insurance. Check with your insurance agent to find out how it would be handled with your specific policy.
Q: If I check with my insurance company about my glass coverage, will my insurance rates go up?
Inquiries are not usually handled as claims, but you should check your insurance policy for clarification.
Q: Do I need to contact my agent or insurance company before I contact AAA Auto Glass?
You can if you’d like, but it’s not necessary. We’ll work with your insurance company to check your coverage, and we’ll handle all aspects of the claim for you.
Q: Are your technicians certified?
Yes. All of our technicians are Dow certified. They have been trained and certified in all facets of removal and installation of auto glass, and only use techniques recommended by the manufacturer when using primers and sealers.
Q: Is all of your service guaranteed?
Yes, our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers you for as long as you own your vehicle.
Q: Do you install OEM quality glass?
Yes. All of our replacements are performed with glass that has been made to meet the original specs of your vehicle’s manufacturer.
Q: What is the Price Match Guarantee?
AAA Auto Glass will match any competitor’s price on identical products, materials, and services. A documented price quote from the competitor, issued within the last 30 days, will be required to receive the Price Match Guarantee. The Guarantee does not apply to: competitors' website prices, offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, items advertised as limited-quantity, refurbished/used items, or promotional offers.
Q: What are AAA DollarsSM?
AAA Dollars are rewards offered through our loyalty program. As a AAA member, you earn AAA Dollars automatically on select purchases. The AAA Dollars you earn are put toward your AAA renewal dues for discounted—or even FREE—AAA membership. Q: Do you sell and replace wiper blades?
Yes. We will gladly replace your worn windshield wiper blades with high-quality Rain-X brand blades during your service appointment. There is a fee for the replacement blades, but installation is free.

Manufacturers recommend replacing wiper blades every six months. If you’re replacing your windshield, we recommend replacing your wiper blades at the same time to avoid damaging the new glass with worn or cracked blades.
Q: Do you do window tinting?
No. We currently do not tint windows.
Q: Who should I contact if I have a problem or a question?
As a AAA Auto Glass customer, you are always protected by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. However, if you encounter any problems with your service or have any questions, call 855.522.2349 and speak to one of our helpful customer service representatives.
Q: Do you fix other windows besides windshields?
Yes. Our technicians can repair and replace windshields, replace side and back glass, and replace window motors and regulators.
