Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win:  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the U.S. Void in Puerto Rico or where prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win. Employees and immediate families (parent, child, spouse, siblings and respective spouses) of AAA (main sponsor) are not eligible to win.

3. To Enter

Visit a AAA location to submit the official entry form. Limit one entry per person per day. No facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or any other technical problems related to website entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. Sponsor’s computer will be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Sweepstakes Begin

Begin Time if not 12:00:01 am EST on May 22, 2012. Entries must be received by End Time if not 11:59:59 PM EST on June 19, 2012. Entrants are automatically entered into contest drawing.

5. Winner Determination

Prize winner will be selected random drawing on June 20, 2012. Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release and any other required legal documentation within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Main Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. All prizes will be awarded.

6. Prize

One winner will be selected. Subject to availability. Winners will be notified by phone and mail. Odds of wining are not exclusive to each entrant. Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for all applicable laws pertaining to acceptance of the prize.

PRIZE - Winner will be selected from all of the entries received during the contest entry period. Prize retail value: $538.00. Drawing date: June 20, 2012. Odds of winning dependant on number of entries received.

Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Main Sponsor, except where legally prohibited, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailer, local sponsors and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Main Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Releasees are not responsible for printing or topographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system; or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly; or are lost for any reason, including computer, telephonic, paper-transfer, or human error, or electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction, damage, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned, or infection by computer viruses, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to award the prize from all eligible, non-suspect entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification or to terminate, modify or suspend the contest. This contest is governed by the laws of the applicable states and venue shall be in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, for the resolution of all claims and disputes.

8. Participation

By participating, entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules and the decisions of the judging agency and the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects and b:) release, discharge, and hold harmless, the Sponsor and judging agency and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees of the aforementioned entities, the Releasees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize ( including any travel or activity related thereto.) Upon entering the sweepstakes each participant agrees to grant, where legal, to the Sponsor and its designees use of their names and/ or likeness for future advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, participant agrees that a) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, including any claim for damages related to personal injury, rights of privacy or defamation, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or jury trial; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but shall in no event include attorney’s fees. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. Use of information obtained from participant subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies and the rules of this sweepstakes.
